This morning the president released his 2013 fiscal year budget to Congress. Within minutes Congressman Jeb Henserling (R -TX), who co-chaired the failed super committee told CNN’s Soledad Obrien that the he was “bitterly disappointed,” with the president’s budget plan. The budget plan includes 30 billion to modernize schools and another 30 billion to hire more teachers. The 2013 budget does include tax hikes but only for some of the country’s highest earners.
